We don’t store your candidate PII data. Your job and candidate data is passed to ai.r Recruit for processing. Once processed, the match score is returned to your ATS and stored there. Non-PII data will be stored in case re-scoring is required if the job ad is changed.

Yes, we follow processes required for SOC-2, ISO27001 and GDPR. As part of the sales process we will share this documentation with your compliance and risk team.

As part of the sales process we will provide you with a folder with all of the information required by your organisation. This can be shared with the relevant team members across Risk & Compliance, Legal, Finance, etc.

Yes, we understand that lots of companies have been promised great things by AI, only to be underwhelmed later. We offer a trial period as part of our contract allowing you to try before committing to a paid contract.

We’ve already done the heavy lifting on our side, making our integration process is straightforward. Your team will create a custom field in the applications section of your ATS. We will then send our match score to this field each time a candidate applies. Generally integrations take 4 - 6 weeks.
